Frequently, through one reason or another,
organisations find they have items of equipment or
stationary for which they no longer have a use. Rather than
throwing the items away we believe there is a use for them
within the VCS. We have added a page to this web site where
organisations can advertise, for free, any items that fall
into this category.
Planning for the next conference is almost complete,
invites and reply slips are available from the conference
button link on the left.
The first of our "Hub" conferences took place on 18th
May at the Media Centre Margate. A write up of the event is
availaviable via the "Good Practice Hub" button on the
left.
Government Minister Jim Knight visited
Thanet on 4th March to speak to people involved with
the "Future Jobs Fund". Our three trainee development
workers took the opportunity to tell him of their
experience and have a photo taken.
