The Conference on 24th February at
Pfizer's sports and social club was a great success.
At the AGM the Chairman thanked Pfizers, and Thorley
Taverns for the use of their venues during the year. He
also thanked TDC, KCC, The Children's Society, Want to
Learn and Thanet Works for their support.
He explained that TVCSF exist on a small budget and
starting from only £600 three years ago and having
only £12,000 at the beginning of 2009 there was now
£14,000 in the bank account. Most of this is ring
fenced for projects.
As there had been no other nominations received for
the management committee, the Chairman asked the members to
re-elect the existing members of the Management committee
en-bloc.
This was agreed unanimously.
The conference then proceeded to the main business of
the day.
